While Skoda Construction Inc. was established in 1985 by Chris Skoda, construction has been in the family for generations. Chris’s grandfather, Joe Cicero, started building houses in 1950 and has since passed his passion for building all the way down to his great-grandson, Mike Skoda. For over 30 years, Skoda Construction Inc. has provided quality construction for homeowners and commercial real estate developers.

With a background in civil engineering and real estate, Chris brings his expertise and attention to detail to every Skoda Construction inc. project. Chris oversees all aspects of project management and field operations. Since 1985, Chris has passionately grown Skoda Construction Inc. to serve the Greater Cleveland Area with top-notch construction and restoration services.

Mike Skoda - Vice President
Having joined Skoda Construction, Inc. in 2014, Mike brings expertise in management, marketing, and oversight to the organization’s field operations. He works closely with the construction superintendents to ensure that all customers and subcontractors experience the same high quality approach they have learned to expect from Skoda Construction Inc.
With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Ohio University paired with a Sales Certificate from the Schey Sales Centre, Mike provides Skoda Construction Inc. with a well-rounded understanding of the customer’s needs and how to effectively deliver.
