Chris Skoda - Founder, CEO, President

I attended Cleveland State University for a civil engineering degree from 1980-1984. I then started Skoda Construction in 1985 when I finished college. From there, I went on to purchase, remodel and resell HUD/real estate properties. During this time I held a real estate license and was a multi-million dollar producer. Remodeling properties gave me an invaluable amount of experience in the construction industry. In 1990, I began to build new homes and also began work in the commercial building industry. Our construction resume includes building homes in a range of 200,000-5,000,000, building condominium developments, shopping plazas and small office buildings. My passion for construction and building properties has led me to where I am today. I have also created a restoration division of Skoda Construction that is a leader in flood, fire, mold and storm damage restoration. In all of our restoration and remodeling projects, our goal is to leave our customers homes better than it was prior to the damage. My goal is to exceed my customers expectations and deliver a quality product that they can be proud of for years to come.

Mike Skoda - Marketing

I was born in 1991 in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and I attended Mayfield City Schools from kindergarten through senior year. I chose to attend Ohio University for college and was accepted into the business school as a freshman. I double majored in Marketing and Management with Strategic Leadership. I was also in The Ralph and Lucci Schey Sales Centre my junior and senior year. While in the Schey Sales Centre, I held a position on the Candidate Advisiory Council as Director of Alumni Relations. I had to keep alumni up to date on what was happening in the centre while also planning Alumni Experience Day, where 50+ alumni come down to Ohio University to talk and inspire current students. I graduated in 2014 and am now working full time at Skoda Construction, Inc. I look forward to best serving your needs and hope you feel apart of the Skoda Construction family!
